Re: Dave Laney
It is my pleasure to recommend David Laney as a premiere real estate professional. In giving references for others, I usually use the scoring system of "Not Recommended" (worst score) to "Recommended without Reservation" (best score). For Mr. Laney, I would certainly use the "Recommended without Reservation". However, I feel that does not fully convey my experiences with David.
Although Dave is relatively new to real estate, he brings years of real world business experience, having represented quality international organizations both in the US and abroad. The same qualities that served his company and customers before, he now uses for his clients today. Research, planning, and attention to detail began my experiences with Dave. However, his dedication to "customer service", honesty, and plain old hard work brought our business dealings to successful conclusions.Dave has represented me on multiple occasions. He has successfully sold a "low end" property that needed extensive rehabilitation. In that listing, Dave planned and oversaw the rehab project which resulted in a dramatic increase in value of the property for the benefit of the seller. If I awarded medals, he would have received one for "Above And Beyond the Call Of Duty" for this one.
Dave has also represented me on an "estate-type" property. Once again, he was there in full force to oversee, coordinate, and communicate all aspects of this transaction. His demeanor and experience allows him to interact with all parties involved: tradesmen to corporate executive. Real world experience yielding real world results.
Over the years, I have worked with other real estate professionals, however not one of them showed the same dedication or determination that Dave has. Having paid several real estate commissions, I can say that, by far Dave "EARNED" his more than any other agent/broker before. I believe that Dave's previous career experiences uniquely qualified him to represent me and you and therefore I proudly, fully, and unabashedly "Recommend Without Reservation" Mr. Dave Laney.
